The most powerful communications don't come from a strategy document — they come from the people who've built something worth talking about. Before we sit down together, I want to hear from you individually, in your own words, without the edited version you might give in a board meeting.
There are no right answers here, and there's no need to consult anything or anyone before you respond. A few lines is enough for most questions. What I'm looking for is instinct, not polish — your gut reaction, your honest frustrations, your genuine excitement. That's the raw material good communications are built from.
