We track all our work on Monday.com and track every second that we put in with you. While we charge upfront, you will always get a timesheet showing where the work is being done. Never pay for time that isn’t used.

We want to make sure you are happy with everything you are getting. That being said, if for what ever reason you feel you no longer need our services, there is a one month notice period.

There may be times where we need to lean on our fantastic network of virtual assistants, branding gurus and other consultants. We hold associate contracts with these individuals and have audited them to make sure they are working to the high standards we expect. We will always consult with you prior to working with one of our associates.

We have regular meetings with all our clients but also request a review every 3-6 months as agreed. This is to make sure we are always keeping up to date with your needs and making sure you are getting the services you both deserve and require.
